Ownership of the Platform

The Platform, referred to as "TFB", is owned by The Furr Buddy Corporation a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at Pune.

Applicable Laws

These terms and conditions are published in accordance with the laws of India. All transactions and activities on the TFB platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Profanity Policy

TFB prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature in any public area. This policy extends to text within listings, profiles, and all other areas of the site accessible to users. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy outlined on our website for details regarding cancellations and refunds for dog boarding, sitting, and walking services.

Disputes Resolution Policy

TFB has a Disputes Resolution process to resolve disagreements between customers and dog boarders/sitters. Disputes should be raised through the appropriate channels as specified on the TFB website. TFB may mediate and facilitate resolutions between parties involved in disputes.

TFB Universe guarantee

TFB's Buyer Protection Program covers customers who are unable to resolve disputes with dog boarders/sitters that are certified as a part of TFB universe. Customers can file disputes within a specified time frame and under certain conditions as outlined on the TFB website. Fraudulent charges and claims are not covered under the Buyer Protection Program.

Email Abuse & Threat Policy

TFB does not permit the sending of threatening or abusive emails through its platform. Users are encouraged to communicate professionally and courteously. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or other disciplinary actions.

Other Businesses

TFB is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party platforms linked to its website. Users should exercise caution when accessing third-party platforms through TFB's APIs or otherwise.

Collection of Your Information

TFB may collect personal and derivative data from users for various purposes as outlined in the privacy policy on the TFB website. Users' information is used to provide a customized experience and improve the efficiency of the platform.

Trademark and Copyright Infringement

TFB prohibits the listing of items that infringe upon trademark or copyright rights. Users are encouraged to report any infringement issues through the designated channels as specified on the TFB website.

Cancellation Period

Customers can cancel their appointments without any penalty if done before the end of the cancellation policy period.

Cancellation Fee

If cancellations are made after the cancellation policy period has ended, a fee of 20% of the confirmed appointment cost will be charged. If an appointment is canceled after contact details have been exchanged between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, the cancellation fee will increase to 50% of the confirmed appointment cost.

Refund Policy

Customers who cancel their order before the end of the cancellation policy period are eligible for a complete refund. If contact details have been exchanged between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Procedure

To cancel an appointment, customers must contact TFB via email or phone, providing their booking details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number of days] of the cancellation request.

Exceptions

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, TFB reserves the right to waive cancellation fees or adjust the refund amount at its discretion.

By booking an appointment with TFB, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policy stated herein.
